Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Overview

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-returnable except:
1. For wrong delivery by Golden Bird Nest.
2. For damaged goods during delivery.

You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days upon receipt the products. If 7 days have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. Return and exchange request cannot be made in following cases: 

  • When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days upon receipt the products  
  • Any item not in its original packing and label
  • When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
  • Has been used
  • Damaged for reasons not due to our error

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

All goods sold are non-refundable except:

1. Failed Delivery

Proceed for refund including shipping fee paid during the purchase if all of the products from same order are being refunded. If only a few of products from the same order needs be refunded, then the shipping fee paid during buyer purchase will not be refunded.

Exchanges

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Happy Garden, off Old Klang Road, 58200 Kuala LumpurMY.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
